Video of BRUNO entrance for London premiere

Here’s some video of Bruno’s fabulous entrance for the London premiere of Bruno.  I can’t wait to see this flick.  It looks far more enjoyable than Borat.

IT MIGHT GET LOUD premiere

It Might Get Loud had it’s Los Angeles premiere at the Los Angeles Film Festival today and a bunch of cool people turned up including JJ Abrams, Elisabeth Shue, Jack White, and Jimmy Page.

The documentary looks at electric guitar from the point of view of three significant rock musicians: the Edge (U2), Jimmy Page (Led Zeppelin) and Jack White (The White Stripes).

The involvement of these three really makes this something I’m interested in.  I think that Led Zeppelin are the greatest rock band we’ve ever seen, and The White Stripes and U2 are both bands which continue to shape the musical environment.  I hadn’t even heard of this project before but thinking about it I’m pretty excited to see it.

Not only is he insanely funny and talented, but he’s also supremely dedicated to his performances.  How else do you explain the fact that Sacha Baron Cohen remains in character for weeks, if not months, after he’s done filming his movies.  He did it with Borat and he’s doing it again for Bruno.  I can only wait to see what he does when he starts hitting the talk shows.

These snaps are from the London premiere of Bruno, and include Baron Cohen’s fiancée, Aussie export Isla Fisher.
