Aside from the damn awful narration on the trailer, this one seems pretty decent. I’m not a fan of De Niro doing comedy, especially those Meet the… films, but I think he’d be good with understated comedy, and this is what comes across in the trailer for Everybody’s Fine. Add in the awesome Sam Rockwell and this becomes a film that I’d like to see.

Here’s the trailer for Drew Barrymore’s upcoming comedy Whip It, starring the beautiful Ellen Page and Kristen Wiig amongst others.
I’ve had a thing for Ellen Page ever since I saw Hard Candy, and Kristen Wiig has been someone I’ve enjoyed since her hilarious work in Knocked Up. It’s a shame that so far she’s only had relatively small roles in comedies (The Brothers Solomon excluded) ‘cos I think she has the ability to be a headliner in a comedy given the right role.
This one looks like real good fun and it has a killer soundtrack. Plus it has Maeby Fünke in it so that’s another point in it’s favour.
