Yep, Tucker & Dale vs Evil is finally coming out in the US after I saw it months ago (and it played at various festivals months before that).
Anyway, here’s the new poster for the film.
Russian poster for TUCKER & DALE vs. EVIL
I’ve been super excited to see Tucker & Dale vs Evil since it played at Sundance at the beginning of the year. Sadly I’m still waiting for it to be released.
Something that may signal a release is imminent is this Russian poster for the film. Although with the progress made so far this year with trying to find a distributor and actually getting the film out there, I may end up getting it on DVD from Russia before it sees a theatrical release. Still, fingers crossed for a release soon.

Tyler Labine & Alan Tudyk to star together
Tyler Labine and Alan Tudyk, two of my favourite TV actors, are set to star together in an indie-horror flick titled Tucker and Dale vs. Evil.
Labine was recently a cast member in Reaper and can be seen in Sons of Tucson (pilot script review here) when it starts in the fall. Tudyk is probably best known for playing Wash in Joss Whedon’s criminally mistreated Firefly and for his great turn as Alpha during the tail end of the first season of Dollhouse.
In the film, Labine stars as Dale alongside Tudyk as Tucker, two good-natured hillbillies mistakenly accused of being psycho killers by a group of college kids camping at the same lake where the hillbillies have just acquired a dilapidated cabin as their “summer home.” Katrina Bowen from 30 Rock is also set to star.
